Maricopa County Community College District to Implement
Aleier’s FM1i INNOVUS Enterprise Asset Management System
DALLAS, TEXAS, (January 29, 2007) RF Monolithics, Inc. [NASDAQ: RFMI] (RFM) and
its subsidiary Aleier, Inc., a leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions provider,
announced that the nation’s largest community college district - Maricopa County Community
College District in Tempe, Arizona - will implement Aleier’s FM1i INNOVUS application.
“We are proud that Aleier continues to be chosen as the EAM provider of choice by
municipalities and public institutions of all sizes, especially on the heels of our announcement
that the second largest city in the U.S. – Los Angeles – has begun implementation of Aleier’s
EAM system. This award will represent sales of approximately $300,000 during calendar year
2007,” said Bill Caver, President of Aleier.
Caver cited Aleier’s user-friendly web services environment and ease of integration with clients’
existing information infrastructure as key attributes desired by municipal and public institutions
striving to deliver quality services with limited resources and budgets. “Aleier is often not only
the solution with the most robust functionality and flexible feature set, but also among the most
user-friendly, easily implemented, and cost-effective EAM solution available,” Caver said.
With more than 250,000 students each year, Maricopa County Community College District is
one of the largest higher education systems in the world and the largest community college
district in the U.S., serving the residents of the fourth largest county in the U.S. in Greater
Phoenix, Arizona.
Maricopa Community Colleges will utilize Aleier’s EAM system to improve its facilities and
maintenance work force management while decreasing the cost of delivering facilities services
for ten college campuses, two skill centers and numerous education centers across Greater
Phoenix and Maricopa County (see www.maricopa.edu/map/index.php for more information).
They are also the first new customer to implement Aleier’s latest release FM1i INNOVUS

College environment, such as their PeopleSoft HR and Student Administration programs, Oracle
Financials, and Johnson Controls Building Automation systems.
