Aleier to Showcase Condition-Based Maintenance at Reliability Centered Maintenance Forum, April 3-6, 2007

Solution Integrates Enterprise Asset Management with M2M Communications Technology

PLANO, TX, (March 28, 2007) Aleier, Inc., (Aleier) a wholly-owned subsidiary of RF Monolithics, Inc. (RFM) a leading provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) and computerized maintenance management (CMMS) solutions, announces it will showcase its FM1 EAM Suite with Condition-based Maintenance at the Reliability Centered Maintenance Manager’s Forum (RCM-2007), April 3-6, 2007, at the Sheraton Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii. The conference is co-located with the Enterprise Asset Management Summit (EAM-2007).

Aleier’s web-based solution – the FM1 EAM SuiteTM with condition-based maintenance – helps facilities and maintenance management professionals make decisions and perform maintenance based on the operating condition of their facilities and equipment, thereby reducing maintenance costs, equipment downtime, and associated lost productivity.

In addition to manual data collection and links to existing automation systems, Aleier’s FM1 EAM Suite acquires equipment data directly and continuously using innovative machine-to-machine communications (M2M) technology. Through M2M connectivity, Aleier’s condition-based maintenance solution constantly monitors equipment for potential signs of failure or deteriorating performance. This enables the FM1 EAM Suite to schedule maintenance only when equipment needs attention.

The FM1 Suite continuously analyzes operating parameters to identify critical operating variances or behaviors that are specific for each piece of monitored equipment. FM1 can then disseminate alerts and auto-generate work order requests for inspection, repair or replacement. Companies using Aleier’s FM1 EAM Suite with condition-based maintenance keep equipment running smoothly, extend asset life and substantially reduce operating downtime. As the system helps improve equipment reliability and performance, it also decreases the need for preventive maintenance shut-downs and parts replacement.

Aleier will exhibit in booth #116. Aleier will also be showing its sister company Cirronet’s M2M connectivity using ultra low-power, low-cost wireless sensor networking. The demonstration connects Aleier’s FM1j interpriseTM EAM Suite application to Cirronet’s wireless sensor network based on its VersaMeshTM DM2200 wireless modules.
