Mactec and Aleier Present Enterprise Asset Management Solution with Integrated Capital Planning

MACTEC presenter Russ Watson, Program Manager of MACTEC Facility Lifecycle Group, provides background on engineering management and a review of a Data-Centric Approach to Capital Asset Planning and Decision Support. Mr. Watson has nearly two decades of experience in facility asset management and has led teams in facility condition assessment and program design for multiple large facility asset management initiatives. Mr. Watson has been a featured speaker at the National Facilities Management Technology Conference and TradeLines Industry Conference. Additionally, he has published articles in The Military Engineer, Commercial Building, Professional Roofing and Facilities Manager. Mr. Watson received a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing from Central Michigan University. He is a member of CoreNet where he holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation.

Aleier presenter Wayne Stargardt, Director of Marketing, provides highlights on enterprise asset management with computerized maintenance management and discusses condition-based maintenance enabled by cutting edge wireless sensor networking. Mr. Stargardt joined Aleier in 2006 from RF Monolithics and is responsible for marketing and product strategy for Aleier, Inc. Mr. Stargardt has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and engineering management in technology companies. Mr. Stargardt was in charge of sales and marketing at SensorLogic, a startup providing M2M software as an application service provider. Most recently, Mr. Stargardt was Director of Marketing for RF Monlithics’ Wireless Solutions Group. Mr. Stargardt has a BSME and MSME from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a BS from the Sloan School, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
